[fre] Face à la politique agricole commune marquée par l'unicité des prix, les agriculteurs alpins ont cherché a compenser le différentiel de productivité négatif qui les handicapent en mettant en œuvre des stratégies complexes liant valorisation de la production fromagère et pluri-activité.
