Abstract

[fre] Cette recherche analyse les besoins des PME agro-alimentaires en activités de conseils ainsi que les relations socio-économiques qui s'établissent entre les acteurs de la demande et de l'offre. [eng] The need for external consultants in small and medium sized firms : a approach in terms of relationship between two actors. . This research analyses the need for external consultants in small and medium sized food firms as well as the social and economical relationships which take place between these two actors of demand and supply.
