Abstract

[eng] The quality of sugar beet is determined by soils, climate and cultural practices ; it also is dependent on relations between Sugar Companies and farmers. [fre] L'exemple de la betterave sucrière illustre que la qualité des produits végétaux est déterminée au champ mais est aussi fortement influencée par le système de relations industriel-agriculteurs.
