Abstract

[fre] Du fait d'une émigration humaine massive, l'élevage pastoral corse a évolué selon une logique extensive, caractérisée par une forte régression des effectifs et une quasi stagnation des rendements physiques. Aujourd'hui cette logique extensive révèle toutes ses limites. [eng] Because of an human massive emigration, the corsican breeding system evolved to an extensive logic, characterized by an important decrease of the number of animals and a near stagnation of the physical yields. To day, this extensive logic is showing all its limits.
