Abstract

[fre] Dans le bocage des Pays de Loire, le développement de la filière de production, de transformation et de commercialisation des jeunes bovins permet un maintien d'exploitations et d'emplois en amont et en aval, tout en conservant un équilibre des cultures indispensables à la région, compte tenu de son climat et de ses terres. La CANA, coopérative polyvalente, a un plan de développement visant à doubler la production en cinq ans. [eng] Designing a development scheme of young bulls - In the area of Pays de Loire, using the increase of the drawplate: output, transformation, trade of young bulls, la CANA, first agricultural cooperative which is hightly specialized in bovine meat, hat designed a development scheme allowing to keep the balance of farm lands and employment in the area.
