Abstract

[eng] Following 1) a case study about the observed consequences of an irrigation system (Millery-Mornant program), and 2) a critical analysis of the administrative experimentation in rural planning in France, an attempt is made to clarify the stakes and rules of conduct of an ex-post evaluation approach in the decision process. [fre] Sur la base d'une étude empirique relative à l'aspect d'un réseau d'irrigation (zone de Millery-Mornant) et d'une analyse critique de l'expérimentation en aménagement rural (PAR, contrats de pays, services publics ruraux), on s'attache à dégager les enjeux et les règles de conduite d'une démarche d'évaluation ex-post intégrée aux processus décisionnels.
