Abstract

[eng] The food processing equipments sector has been for long dependent upon the demand for narrowly specialized machinery. Now it tends to associate, in a new sectoral dynamic, various types of technologies, equipments, processes. With the new technologies and markets, several industrial strategies are at stake : firstly for the food industries, but more and more for the engineering equipment industries (both heavy and light) electronic industry... [fre] Le secteur produisant les matériels destinés aux industries alimentaires (MIA) est resté longtemps marqué par le cloisonnement, les spécificités du secteur client. Il tend de plus en plus à intégrer dans une dynamique nouvelle des techniques, procédés, et équipements d'origines diverses. Le MIA comme carrefour technologique, commercial devient ainsi l'enjeu de nouvelles stratégies industrielles, exécutées par les IAA bien sûr, mais aussi de plus en plus par les industries d'équipement (mécanique lourde ou spécialisée) les industries électroniques, etc.
