Abstract

[eng] The future of protectionist measures on canned foodstuffs exchanges — the mushroom - As soon as a foodstuff can be canned price variations can jeopardize interprofessional organizations. What steps can be taken to solve this crisis ? The rich countries accuse the "over-cheap" labour of developing countries ; but the differences between cost price and sale price also depend on monetary factors. The rich countries must therefore find a solution which takes into account the tendency of the CNUCED to abolish protectionism — agreements with «poors» producing countries and agressive marketing. [fre] Dès qu'un produit agro-alimentaire peut être appertisé, les variations de prix peuvent mettre les organismes interprofessionnels en péril. Quelles mesures prendre pour résoudre la crise ? Les pays riches accusent la main-d'œuvre « trop » bon marché des pays en voie de développement ; mais les différences de prix de revient et de cession dépendent aussi de facteurs monétaires. Les pays riches doivent donc trouver une solution qui tienne compte des tendances de la CNUCED à abolir le protectionnisme : accords avec les pays producteurs « pauvres » et marketing agressif.
