Travaux de comptabilité agricole régionale dans les ARER

[eng] Regional farm accounts studie by the ARER (French Regional Associations for rural Economy) - The first study of Regional Farm Account was attempted in 1961 by the ARER. There was a need to come to know and then to display the diversity of French Farming through the analysis of farm incomes in every region. These regional inquiries followed the pattern of National Accountancy as far as frame and definitions are concerned, and so delivered the information so much asked for. Moreover they aroused such an interest that it became necessary to widen the c frame » (creation of new notions : restricted branches, homogeneous sector), and to diversify the aims of such regional accounts. At the present time, researches are still going on in the ARER to improve and diversify the «r tools » now existing : elaboration of capital Accounts, household accounts, in order to adapt tools to sectors in which national Account patterns have proved unsuitable. [fre] Les ARER ont réalisé en 1961 les premiers travaux de comptabilité agricole régionale, répondant notamment au désir d'exprimer, à travers la connaissance des revenus régionaux, la diversité de l'agriculture française. . Ces comptes étaient établis selon le modèle de la comptabilité nationale, dont le cadre, les définitions et les conventions sont transposés à l'échelon régional. L'intérêt suscité a entraîné une évolution du cadre comptable (création de notions nouvelles : « branche restreinte » - « secteur homogène ») et une diversification des objectifs des comptes régionaux : établissement de comptes prévisionnels, détermination des effets à court terme de décisions publiques... Actuellement, les ARER poursuivent des recherchent afin de perfectionner et diversifier les outils actuels (élaboration d'un compte capital, de compte de ménages...) et de mettre au point des outils nouveaux dans des secteurs où le modèle des comptes nationaux se révèle inadapté.Download Info
