Abstract

[fre] Une centralisation très poussée a caractérisé jusqu'à la réforme économique, les liens entre la production alimentaire et le commerce intérieur. Une information ascendante et descendante sur l'état du marché a été instaurée, permettant des négociations plus libres. Il est encore trop tôt pour que se manifeste entre les entreprises une libre concurrence : les prix restent taxés, l'offre peu abondante, et les monopoles sont loin d'être supprimés. . Planifier la consommation est une entreprise complexe. [eng] Up till the economic reformation, the relationship between food production and marketing was characterized by a heavy centralization. A market information has been instituted towards consumers and producers which allows freer négociations. There is not yet a free competition between firms : prices are still regulated, supply scanty and monopolies far from disappearing.
