Abstract

[eng] In Yougoslavie, men are more inclined to more away from rural districts because they find work more easily than women. Though in private farm units female labour vastly out numbers male workers. Women add now agricultural work to their home tasks and crafts. They have become necessary in maintaining private farming. The author analyses the reasons for this changes and emphasizes the fact that this prevents women drom playing their part in a socialist society. He proposes various means to enable them to devote themselves to social activities and to realize their full possibilities.
