Abstract

[eng] The Euro Zone, the European Union and the IMF . The IMF’s integration of the Euro Zone is a complex matter that goes beyond just the technical aspects. This article sheds light on the challenges presented by the current situation, in which the Euro Zone’s fragmented representation is deemed unsatisfactory. It also explains why IFM/EU relations have budged very little up to now. Lastly, it generally questions what future role will be played by external organisations such as the IFM and G7. . . Classification JEL : F33, F36, N24
