Abstract

[fre] Cette interview à deux voix revient sur les récentes évolutions du marché d’actions, notamment sur la baisse des émissions sur le marché primaire et l’évolution du portefeuille des investisseurs institutionnels. Les auteurs expriment ensuite leurs points de vue concernant l’augmentation du capital-investissement et les opérations de LBO, ainsi que sur la consolidation boursière. . This interview deals with the current changes of stock markets, particularly with the decrease of issues on the primary market and the evolution of institutional investors’ portfolios.
