Abstract

. Classification JEL : G22 [eng] Is the impressed decrease of road accidents since 2002 good news for insurance ? The main consequence is that public opinion is looking forward to the subscription’s decrease : the public hopes to have evidence that the driving caution will be translated into a prices’ downturn. Between 2004 and 2005, French insurance comes up to the car drivers’ expectations. But it never explained its room for manoeuvre. . JEL classification : G22
