Abstract

[eng] Challenges of banking systems reorganization . Past decades, changes of financial system have been followed by a deep reorganization of banks both in Europe and in the USA. They’ve involved a strengthening of North-American actors who adapted quickly to the change of their banking rules during the 90’s. The success of the European banking consolidation is now a real transatlantic challenge. Moreover, new forms of banking activity, practiced by multispecialist actors, allow professionals to transfer risk to less informed agents. . . Classification JEL : F36, G21, G34
