Abstract

[eng] Control policy and information systems . Does the Health Minister manage the health system ? Certainly, he is politically responsible for it, even though the constraints and controls on him are not the same as in the private sector. A management policy most often gives rise to an information system and control mechanism that allows its evaluation. This article analyses the interaction between information systems and healthcare control policies in France. . . Classification JEL : I18
