Abstract

. Classification JEL : F3, G1 [eng] The current crisis is a relapse of international financial system's diseases . The new technologies bubble, its bursting and the criminal behaviour of great financial agents during these last three years seemed to be a surprise. But, the bases of these deviancies were originated in the international financial system and even in the economic growth some time ago. To find the remedy, looking the rear-view mirror can be useful. This article presents two papers written, at the beginning of the 1990's, by the author about the relapses of finance and the ethical issues it implies. . JEL classifications : G1, F3
