Abstract

[eng] How reduce financial system's vulnerability ? . Financial crises could be interpreted as real series and capitalism as a victim of its own success. But, in fact, the many reasons of financial instability must be analysed. This article deals then with numerous debates that question international financial governance about its inability to prevent and manage 1990's financial crises. These crises highlight the necessity of private sector's to contribute more effectively te the financial crises management. However, the financial system vulnerability isn't the only concern of international financial crises : it also concerns wrong corporate governance.. . Classification JEL : E44, F33, G15
