Abstract

. Classification JEL : G15, G32 [eng] Comments on « Financial systems and growth » article . This paper makes few remarks on M. Aglietta’s thoughts. How can we distinguish firm’s managed by stock exchange market or by institutional investors’ shares ? Is global finance compatible with different social and territorial consistencies ? M. Aglietta distinguishes majority and minority shareholders according to their objectives. Is this distinction really relevant ? . JEL classifications : G15, G32 . .
