Abstract

[eng] Paris as a financial centre in the european market . This article presents the three advantages which could allow Paris to attract international financial activities : improvement of fiscal and regulatory environment, strong implication in the building of a European financial market, and development of the « New Economy ». . JEL Classification : G10 [fre] A partir d’une analyse des atouts de la Place de Paris, l’auteur rappelle les trois axes de la stratégie que met en oeuvre Paris Europlace pour attirer les activités financières internationales : l’amélioration de l’environnement réglementaire et fiscal, le développement des systèmes de la nouvelle économie et l’engagement dans la construction d’un marché financier européen. .
