Abstract

[eng] The role of the insurers in the financing of projects. The financing of projects was essential during the last twenty years as the solution of a very great number of infrastructures projects. The concept of balance of the risks is very quickly appeared essential to the success of these operations and the insurers thus became essential partners. However, the transfer of risks, certainly necessary, remained insufficient relative to the needs of this new activity. The world of insurance, and in particular the brokers, then developed programs of risk management. These programs are today very effective tools which bring modern solutions to which have the right to expect industry and finance.
