Abstract

[eng] The evolution of financial analysis in the European constraint. The nature, the importance and the influence of the financial analyst have been deeply modified during the last fifteen years by the growing « anglo-saxonisation » of the financial markets. Four factors transformed this profession : a large sophistication, an internationalisation and a specialisation, a commercialisation, and a bankarisation. Because of these elements and because of their rapid evolution, the problem relative to the cost of a research structure and the problem of the status of the financial analyst in his establishment and outside of this establishment will be certainly important soon.
