[eng] Pension funds : ethics, financial and accounting rules . This article acknowledges the specificity of pension funds, that is : to provide a long term retirement pension promise within a collective contributory pension framework. As it is a subject of major social concern, it is highly recommended to establish a standard framework built on 7 ethical factors and 7 financial rules, on which AFPEN (French Pension Fund Association) is currently working. Theses criteria take into account three duties : security, transparency and information, and meet three objectives : management structure control responsibility, management structure control responsibility and members protection responsibility. This methodology paves the way for new approaches which could have regulatory consequences and lead to implementation of a labelling chart. Such a chart would keep all members informed about the evolution of key points related to the promise-management structure couple, which would be controlled by independent experts. [fre] Cet article reconnaît la spécificité des fonds de pension : servir une promesse de retraite sur le très long terme dans un cadre collectif gérée en capitalisation. L'importance de l'enjeu social amène à souhaiter l'établissement d'un standard de place qui se construirait autour des 7 déterminants déontologiques et des 7 normes financières sur lesquels l'association Française des Régimes et Fonds de Pension (AFPEN) réfléchit. Ils respectent trois devoirs : ceux de sécurité, de transparence et de gestion, de son contrôle et de la protection des affiliés. Cette méthodologie ouvre des pistes qui auront des conséquences réglementaires et pourraient conduire à l'élaboration d'une charte dite labellisante. Celle-ci permettrait aux affiliés d'être informés de l'évolution des points clés du couple promesse structure de gestion. Ils seraient contrôlés par des experts indépendants.
