Abstract

[eng] We present here a theory of the dynamics of collective action which describes the formation and revision of individual learnings constrained or supported by interaction models between agents. Inspired by the study of design activities, this approach revisits the concept of « knowledge transfer » in economics and management science and formulates a principle of « non separability between knowledge and relations ». This principle clarifies the growth problems of knowledge-based economies and criticizes the notions of focal points or convention emerging ex nihilo. All this throws new light on the variety of merchant exchanges and on the enigma of cooperation.
