Abstract

[fre] La télématique est désormais un nouveau moyen de communication tant au sein des entreprises qu'avec les clients ou les fournisseurs. Ce nouveau média a fait naître un marché, celui des services télémaiques de leur création à leur hébergement. Il compte des partenaires très diversifiés quant éventail de leurs prestations. Il se structure aujourd'hui autour de 2 grands critères : équipement et qualité des services répondant ainsi à une demande de services multiforme. [eng] Telematics are a new way to communicate inside the firm, with customers or suppliers. The definition, organisation, memorization, lodging, and transmission of informations imply many partners who share a new market. Two main criteria are structuring it : equipement, quality of services and relationship.
