Abstract

[fre] Ce travail repose sur l'utilisation d'un modèle à centres de décision multiple sur la théorie des processus stochastiques. Il permet l'analyse du système que constitue un groupe d'entreprises en concurrence sur les mêmes marchés. L'ensemble forme un réseau dont les nœuds sont constitués par les entreprises de transformation, les marchés, et les zones de production entre lesquels circulent des flux de biens. Dans un tel système, les firmes interviennent séparément ou à l'intérieur de coalitions. Coalitions qui peuvent se limiter à une simple concertation ou prendre la forme d'une fusion, sachant qu'entre ces deux cas extrêmes se situent plusieurs formes intermédiaires. Quelle que soit la nature juridique de ces coalitions, la finalité recherchée est l'allégement des coûts et une plus grande souplesse d'adaptation aux variations des goûts des consommateurs et aux changements technologiques. Il s'agit, par conséquent, pour les entreprises, de doser spécialisation et répartition des risques en fonction d'une échelle de coûts et en jouant sur la gamme des produits, sur la localisation et les caractéristiques des établissements, des marchés, et des zones d'approvisionnement. [eng] This investigation uses a model with many the decisions of centers which is based on the theory of stochastic processes. This model enables the analysis of the system composed with many firms in competition on the same markets. This system forms a network the nodes of which are the firms, the markets and the areas of production interconnected by product flows. In such a system, firms work alone or inside coalitions. These coalitions can be restricted to a simple agreement or take on the form of a fusion. But between these two extreme cases, there are several intermediate forms. Whatever, the juridical nature of these coalitions, the purpose is to reduce costs and to allow a better flexibility of adaptation to the variations of the consumers tastes and to technological changes. Thus firms must balance the specialization and share of the risks according to a grade of costs and by playing on the range of products, on the localization and the characteristics of the plants, the markets and the areas of production.
