Abstract

[eng] F. Jenny - A.P. Weber - Competition policy in France : new rules, new issues.. This paper is presenting the principal modifications, which have been introduced recently to the French anti-trust-legislation : the control of the concentration process, the setting up of a Competition Commission, with powers extended to all matters of competition, the adaptation of the penalty procedure, and the possibility to refer to the commission.. The article examines further some news difficulties which are likeky to be raised by the application of the legislation. [fre] F. Jenny - A.P. Cet article présente les principaux aménagements apportés récemment à la politique de la concurrence : contrôle des opérations de concentration, instauration de la Commission de la Concurrence, ayant compétence sur toutes les questions concernant la concurrence, aménagement des procédures de sanction, et enfin extension des possibilités saisies. L'article examine ensuite un certain nombre de difficultés auxquelles l'application des textes récents risque de se heurter.
