Abstract

[fre] Entre 1979 et 1985, l'habitation passe au premier rang des postes budgétaires et l'engouement pour l'automobile ne se dément pas. En revanche, la part de l'alimentation continue de baisser et le déclin de l'habillement se confirme. Les dépenses de loisirs et de culture stagnent, alors qu'elles progressaient jusque là. . Renforcé par l'effet de la fiscalité directe, le resserrement des niveaux de dépenses entre catégories sociales se poursuit, sans toutefois réduire l'écart entre cadres supérieurs et ouvriers qualifiés. Seules les dépenses des retraités s'élèvent fortement, près de deux fois et demi plus que la moyenne des ménages. A cause de la stagnation de la plupart des revenus, hormis ceux des personnes les plus défavorisées, les niveaux des dépenses se sont également rapprochés entre personnes seules jeunes et âgées, et entre citadins et ruraux. El estrechamiento de los nivelés de gastos entre las distintas categorias sociales permaneció, el mismo fue reforzado por el efecto de la fiscalidad directa, sin haberse reducido, no obstante, la distancia existente entre ejecutivos superiores y obreros calificados. Solo los gastos de los jubilados se incrementaron considerablemente, casi dos veces y media más que el promedio del conjunto de los hogares. A causa del congelamiento de la mayoria de los ingresos, salvo los de las personas más desfavorecidas, desapareció la distancia entre el nivel de gastos de las personas solas jóvenes y de edad y entre los habitantes de la ciudad y los del ámbito rural. On the other hand, monies spent on food continued to drop and clothing expenditures maintained their decline. The sums devoted to entertainment and culture stagnated though until that time, they had risen steadily. . Accentuated as an effect of direct taxation, the narrowing of the gap between the expenses of various social categories continued, but the distance between top executives and skilled workers remained the same. The expenses of retired people were the only ones to have risen steeply -they increased nearly two and a half times more than that of the average household. Due to the stagnation of most incomes, except those of the most underprivileged, the difference between the levels of expenditure of both young and old singles, as well as those of city-dwellers and country people, became less acute.
