Abstract

[fre] Stabilité du taux d'investissement du commerce.- entre 1966 et 1972 par Jacques SAINDON A l'occasion de la réunion de la commission des comptes commerciaux de la Nation de novembre > 1975, l'évolution des investissements du commerce a été examinée. En premier lieu on observe, entre 1966 et 1972/ une déformation sensible de la structure des investissements. La part relative* des dépenses de machines ou matériel et surtout de constructions neuves augmente au détriment des autres achats, de fonds de commerce et de véhicules par exemple. La seconde conclusion, peut-être la plus neuve, est une quasi-stabilité du taux d'investissement du commerce par rapport au chiffre d'affaires réalisé. En ce qui concerne le financement des investissements du commerce, on constate que les crédits bancaires se développent aux dépens de l'autofinancement. Les crédits accordés par les organismes financiers spécialisés (crédit national, crédit hôtelier, crédit coopératif, sociétés • de caution . mutuelle) s'accroissent régulièrement chaque année, mais leur part est passée de plus de 70% en 1966 à 41 % seulement en 1974." Le crédit-bail connaît un succès croissant : en 1974, il représente 39 % des crédits recensés par le ministère du Commerce. De manière générale, les crédits bancaires constituent la quasi-totalité des crédits accordés aux entreprises commerciales tandis que s'amenuise la spart des prêts notariaux ou familiaux autrefois très utilisés dans le petit commerce. En primer lugar es factible observar, entre 1966 y 1972, una sensible desformación de la estructura de la inversion. La proporción relativa de gastos de maquinaria o equipamiento, y más aun de edificios nuevos se va incrementando en perjuicio de las demás adquisiciones, tal como casas de comercio o vehículos. La segunda conclusion que es factible sacar, y quizás la más novedosa, es la estabilidad del coeficiente de inversion comercial con relación al giro realizado. Por lo que se refiere al financiamiento de la inversion comercial, puede notarse que los créditos bancarios se ván desarrollando a costa del auto- financiamiento. Los créditos otorgados por las entidades de financiación especializadas, tal como crédito nacional, credito hotelero, crédito cooperative entidades de finanza mutual, va aumentando con regularidad cada ano si bien su proporción que superaba el 70 % en 1966 no alcanzó más que el 41 % en 1974. El crédito-arrendamiento experimentó un exito creciente ya que représentó en 1974 el 39 % de los créditos censados por el Ministerio de Comercio. Por lo general, los créditos bancarios constituyen casi el total de los créditos consentidos a las empresas comerciales, mientras que la proporciôn de los prestamos notariales o familiares, que solïan ser muy corrientes antafio entre pequenos comerciantes, va mermando hoy dia. [eng] Stability of trade investment rate between 1966 and 1972 - On the occasion of the meeting held by Commission des Comptes commerciaux de la Nation, in November 1975, trade investments evolution was examined. First of all, between 1962 and, 1972, an obvious alteration of investments structure was noticeable. The relative portion of machinery or equipment expenditure, and above all of new premisses, increased to the prejudice of other purchases, such as businesses and vehicles for instance. The second conclusion which can be drawn and which is perhaps quite new, is that trade investment rate is practically steady with regard to actual turnover. With respect to trade investment's financing, it can be established that bank credits are developing at the expense of self-financing. Credits granted .by specialized finance houses (e.g.. national credit, hotel credit, cooperative credit, mutual security houses) increases punctually every year but their proportion which exceeded 70% in 1966 was only 41 % in 1974. Lend- lease turns out an increasing success : it represented in 1974, 39 % of the credits enumerated by Board of Trade. Generally speaking, bank credits constitute practically the total amount of credits granted to commercial undertakings, while the proportion of notarial or family loans, which were formerly largely in practice among shopkeepers, decline nowadays.
