Abstract

[fre] Les entreprises désireuses d'avoir à leur disposition des biens d'équipement sans immobiliser de fonds propres peuvent recourir au crédit-bail. A la différence d'une simple location, cette formule donne au locataire la faculté d'acquérir tout ou partie des biens loués, moyennant un prix convenu qui tient compte des versements effectués au titre de loyers. . Les entreprises de crédit-bail sont enregistrées comme établissements financiers. Leur nombre s'élevait respectivement à 22 en 1965, 24 en 1967 et 35 en 1968. Leur chiffre d'affaires a triplé entre 1965 et 1968 et le rythme de sa progression semble croître (soit un peu plus de 40 % par an en moyenne, 61 % entre 1967 et 1968. Cette accélération provient, pour l'essentiel, du développement du crédit-bail mobilier. Le chiffre d'affaires des sociétés « anciennes » — exerçant leur activité en 1965 — a davantage progressé que l'ensemble du chiffre d'affaires. . Quatre secteurs-clients ont disposé en 1967 et 1968 de 41 % du total des investissements : bâtiment et génie civil, industries agricoles et alimentaires, transports publics routiers, commerces alimentaires. La part des commerces augmente nettement entre 1967 et 1968 (9,6 % du total en 1968, 15,5 en 1969). . L'ensemble de ces investissements représentent 0,9 % du total des investissements productifs réalisés en France en 1967 et 1,4 % du total de ceux réalisés en 1968. Hire-purchase enterprises are registered as financial establishments. They numbered 22 in 1965, 24 in 1967 and 35 in 1968. Their turnover has trebled between 1965 and 1968, and the growth rate seems to be getting faster (an average of rather more than 40 %, and 61 % between 1967 and 1968). This speeding up arises mainly from the development of the hire-purchase of chattels. The turnover of the « old established » companies — already trading in 1965 — has grown more than the total turnover. . Four customer sectors accounted for 41 % of total investments in 1967 and 1968, namely, building and civil engineering, agricultural and food industries, public road transport and the retail food trade. The share of retail trades increased sharply between 1967 and 1968 (9.6 % of the total in 1968, 15.5 % in 1969). . The total of these investments represents 0.9 % of total productive investments made in France in 1967 and 1 .4 % of the total in 1968. Su giro triplicó entre los anos 1965 y 1968, y su ritmo de progresión al parecer va creciendo (o sea que por término medio pasa del 40 % al ano, 61 % entre 1967 y 1968). Tal acceleración proviene, esencialmente, del desarrollo del credito-arrendamiento de bienes muebles. El giro de sociedades « antiguas » — que ejerclan sus actividades en 1965 — ha progresado más que el conjunto del giro. . Cuatro sectores clientes dispusieron en 1967 y 1968 del 41 % del total de las inversiones : son la edification, el ingenio civil, las industrias agricolas y alimenticias, los transportes públicos por carretera, los comercios alimenticios. La portion de los comercios aumenta netamente entre 1967 y 1968 (9,6 % del total en 1967, 15,5 en 1968). .
