Political and Economic Cycle
AbstractThe text deals with general problems of political-economy cycle (PEC) as possible government failure in economic policy. The paper comprises an introduction to the problems, historical ordering of opinions and assumptions of different PEC models. The separate part is dedicated to an implication for Czech economic reality.
