Abstract

V práci sa pokúšam zamýšľať nad dotykovým bodom filozofií I. Kanta a J.P. Sartra. Pojítkom medzi nimi vytýčeným v tejto práci je ich odlišné pojatie (Kantovho) základného morálneho zákona - kategorického imperatívu a z neho plynúce zásadne odlišné pojatie morálky ako aj postavenia človeka ako svoj-zákonodarnej bytosti.V úvode stručne zhŕňam relevantné črty Kantovho pojatia mravnosti a slobody. V ďalšej časti načrtávam Sartrove videnie človeka a slobody.V hlavnej časti práce sa pokúšam nastoliť otázku, či skutočne nie je možné (ako to Sartre tvrdí) nájsť pevnú kotvu morálky a či krok od Kantovho kategorického imperatívu vedie len k sartrovskej tautológii, totiž k označeniu všetkých činov všetkých ľudí ako činov "ľudských". Preto skúmam príklady uvádzané ním a zároveň sa pýtam, či sloboda v jeho pojatí - teda skloboda takmer bez koridorov (okrem situácie) je skutočnou slobodou, a nie ľubovôľou.
