Metodologický odkaz Karla Engliše jako český příspěvek k rozvoji liberalismu

Abstract

Pojetí lidského poznání, jež zformuloval český ekonom a filosof Karel Engliš (1880 - 1961), je v této stati pojednáváno z metodologického hlediska. Při tematizaci Englišovy teorie myšlenkových řádů se analýza soustřeďuje hlavně na teleologii, chápanou jako základ ekonomického myšlení. V daném kontextu se zvažuje problém objektivity poznání, otázka pravdy a sepětí obecných myšlenkových přístupů s konkrétními vědními metodami. Zdůrazňují se Englišovy cenné podněty pro současnou metodologii ekonomické vědy.
