Abstract

Stať pojednává o problematice pojmu Boha a jeho funkce ve filosofii Barucha Spinozy. Problém je zkoumán jak v rovině interpretační, tak i v různých historických souvislostech. Pojem Boha, jako východisko Spinozova filosofování, představuje složitý komplex otázek, bez jejichž zodpovězení nelze dost dobře porozumět ontologickému rozvrhu, který holandský filosof koncipoval. Proto musí být spinozovský pojem Boha analyzován jako nejvyšší onto-logický princip porozumění. V této rovině je především zkoumán, přičemž jsou brány v úvahu i historicko-filosofickéh vlivy, které mohly Spinozu při jeho myšlenkové práci inspirovat. Jedná se především o vlivy z okruhu židovského racionalistického i mystického myšlení. V daných souvislostech vystoupí i problematika vztahu mezi Bohem náboženské víry a Bohem filosofickým, což souvisí s otázkami po Spinozově ateismu, či naopak vypjatému panteismu. I tyto otázky jsou ve stati tematizovány (ostatně jako všechny ostatní) na pozadí základní orientace Spinozovy filosofie - totiž orientace na etickou problematiku cesty člověka za štěstím, blažeností a svobodou.
