Abstract

Organizational culture is nowadays very current and popular topic due to the advancing globalization and internationalization. The link between corporate culture and business performance in practice was examined by many foreign scientists, however, in the Czech Republic was the relationship between corporate culture and business performance analyzed more on a theoretical level. The objective of the article is to identify the corporate culture of companies operating in the Czech Republic in relation to the performance
