Abstract

The aim of this text is to analyze the determination of socially acceptable prices of membership fees by the sports sectors. The first part introduces the reader to the general definition of a sport, it also analyzes the current state of the system supporting sport at the national level. Furthermore, we define a set of research using statistical methods to analyze in detail the results of the questionnaire. We have determined six hypotheses that have shown us the difference between expenditures in the sport for families with lower and higher expenses. In the conclusion, we present an example of a possible determination of socially acceptable prices, which emphasizes the need for funds from the others, especially the national sources. From the identified recommend socially tolerable amount of membership fees for selected sports.
