Regulation of power industry in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This paper demonstrates the consultation process concerning the adjustment of the key regulatory parameters in power industry in the Czech Republic. The special focus is devoted to the area of power distribution and settlement of the general economical parameters in the regulatory formula. It summarizes the arguments and theoretical background for the arguments used in the regulation adjustment of key values in the regulatory formula. The conclusion demonstrates the impact of regulation and regulatory parameters in the context of electricity price structure.
