Abstract

Розглянуто сутність, зміст та форми управлінського консультування. Визначено передумови розвитку управлінського консультування, його специфічні риси та структурні елементи. Узагальнено сучасні моделі управлінського консалтингу та охарактеризовані етапи реалізації консалтингових проектів. Доведено, що система збалансованих показників, врахування стратегічних імператив та новий дизайн мислення є факторами, що визначають ефективність управлінського консультування та забезпечують життєздатність бізнесу. Запропоновано адаптивну модель управлінського консультування на основі комплексного підходу, яка спрямована на забезпечення результативності послуги. Це буде сприяти підвищенню результативності роботи консультанта на довгострокову перспективу, підвищить якість його послуг.
