Abstract

Termenul de oras inteligent si conceptul de open data se afla in stransa legatura atunci cand dorim sa descriem succint maniera prin care administratia publica isi utilizeaza datele pentru a construi un mediu favorabil de dezvoltare a serviciilor on-line in interesul cetatenilor. Guvernul isi pune la dispozitie informatia prin instrumente tehnice moderne si creeaza platforme usor accesibile pentru un cetatean european. Provocarile la care trebuie sa se raspunda nu sunt putine, insa beneficiile nu intarzie sa apara.
