L’intégration territoriale européenne interne. Panorama de la cohésion économique et sociale

Abstract

Née du premier élargissement, l’intégration territoriale européenne a usage interne n’a cessé de se déployer tout au long de l’histoire de la construction communautaire, au point de se confondre avec elle. Appelée a devenir la principale politique de l’Union européenne par les fonds alloués pour la période 2007-2013, sa mise en suvre emprunte a l’évidence les chemins familiers de la cohésion économique et sociale. Insérée par l’Acte unique, cette politique publique fonctionne sur le mode du partenariat entre l’Union européenne et ses Etats membres en vue du développement de leurs territoires. De sorte sa définition fait écho a chaque nouvelle adhésion.
