Abstract

Article 8 of the Convention includes one of the most important human rights, namely the right to right to respect for private and family life. The civil or family law of the Republic of Moldavia has adopted these rules. As regards the incorporation of the principle of “respecting the private and family life” into the civil or family legislation, it seems that the law-maker “has done his/ her homework”; on the other hand we shall see how institutions will actually apply it to their rules. In this respect we will analyze some rules of the Family Code in order to see the actual situation regarding this issue
