Abstract

Considering the economic, social and judicial values regulated and protected by Competition Law No. 21/1996, this normative act has incriminated, directly or referring to other legal penal provisions, some acts or deeds that fall the social danger of being considered offences. This paper intends to analyze a series of relevant issues
