Abstract

Energetical strategies drawn up by the international research institutes reflect the premises and the effects of the main production factor substitution, the energetic resource, with the unconventional resources. Their use, on a large scale, in the close future will determine a flatter iso-quantum curve as a consequence of the raw materials cost reduction or annulation and also of the amount of labour decrease, taking into account the fact that obtaining power energy from unconventional resources is an automatic process
