Modern Management Versus Traditional Management

Abstract

The paper aims to make a counter-study on the efficiency of using modern US-promoted management or traditional management promoted by Japan. Currently, due to the fact that U.S. businesses and Japan is characterized by the highest competitiveness, the most conceived managerial concepts and tools are American and Japanese, which are presented both in terms of the advantages and disadvantages of each of the two concepts.
