Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the main issues concerning the role of incomes and expenditures budget as the main tool for achieving the forecast and pursuit the equilibrated financial standing of a company. In this context the main aims to be achieved are presented through the incomes and expenditures budget and its contents and structure as well as the main forms that they take in this budget within a company.
