Abstract

In his articles on the economic supplement of «Il Tempo», Riccardo Bachi supports a slow deflation aimed to restore prewar levels of price and change. He strongly endorses a tight budget policy, while opposing to property tax project and blaming the «thoughtless decade 1900-1910»
