La reforma económica en China y las Zonas Económicas Especiales

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra las principales características de China Continental y, en especial, la reforma económica aplicada por su gobierno a partir de 1979. Uno de los más importantes cambios se dieron en el sector externo, con la política de apertura al exterior, que permitió la creación de las Zonas Económicas Especiales en las provincias de Guangdong, Xiamen y Fujian. Ello contribuyó a atraer la inversión extranjera hacia esas zonas, incrementar el comercio exterior y efectuar mejoras en la infraestructura.
