Dinámica empresarial de un grupo económico en el Perú: El caso Romero (1890-1985)

Abstract

El articulo presenta una discusión de las diferentes variables de análisis de un grupo económico en el Perú: las estrategias de crecimiento (integración, diversificación y vinculación con el sistema financiero) asi como los niveles de relación con el Estado, capital extranjero y otros grupos económicos nacionales. El esquema de análisis propuesto se aplica al estudiar el desarrollo histórico del grupo Romero, desde su formación en Catacaos (Piura) hasta la estructura organizacional adquirida en 1985. Los autores concluyen con una interpretación global de la dinámica de crecimiento del grupo Romero, estableciendo tentativamente relaciones de causalidad a partir de las variables presentadas en el esquema de análisis.
