La empresa transideológica y las relaciones económica este-oeste

Abstract

Uno de los acontecimientos más sorprendentes en la economía mundial en los últimos años ha sido la dramática expansión de las relaciones económicas entre las economías centralmente planificadas o países del CAME (Consejo de Asistencia Mutua Económica) y las economías de mercado (desarrolladas y subdesarrolladas). Esta creciente tendencia en las relaciones económicas internacionales se ha llegado a conocer como la transnacionalización de la economía mundial. La ideología común que une a las empresas transnacionales (ETN) trasciende hasta cierto punto las fronteras políticas de los Estados. El propósito de este trabajo es proporcionar nuevas observaciones sobre el papel de la ETN (de Occidente y del Este) en las relaciones económicas entre el Este-Oeste-Sur, ofreciendo una visión general de las características esenciales de esta relación triangular, particularmente en lo referente al intercambio comercial, inversión, alcances y mecanismos en la venta de tecnología a los países de menor desarrollo (PMD).
