Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar la materia troncal de Métodos Cuantitativos de Organización Industrial (MCOI) como disciplina de estudio en la titulación de Ingeniería de Organización Industrial (IOI) en las universidades españolas. El núcleo central de este trabajo se basa en realizar el recorrido histórico de los contenidos de los MCOI y analizar su docencia en las universidades españolas. Con ello, se pretende estructurar el conocimiento de esta materia para que pueda servir de referencia a docentes, investigadores y usuarios de la misma para el desarrollo de sus actividades. Este trabajo también podría considerarse como un punto de partida, cuando llegue el momento oportuno, en la articulación de los nuevos títulos de grado que habrán de venir, dentro del futuro marco del sistema de crédito europeo (ECTS) = The main objective of this work is to analyze the Quantitative Methods for Industrial Organization (QMIO) core subject as a study discipline in the Industrial Organization Engineering degree in the Spanish universities. The essence of this work is based on to study the advances of the QMIO contents and to analyze its teaching in the Spanish universities. Thus, we intend to structure the knowledge of this core subject so it can serve as reference for lecturers, researchers and users for the development of their activities. This work could also be considered as a starting point, when the opportune moment arrives, in the articulation of the new degrees inside the future framework of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
